Intellectual Property

Wouter is an intellectual property associate in our firm’s Amsterdam office.

Wouter is specialised in complex (multi-jurisdictional) patent litigation before the (specialised) Dutch courts, as well as general intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation.

His practice also includes advising on corporate IP issues such as IP aspects of M&A deals, and drafting / negotiating various types of agreements including license agreements, R&D agreements and agreements relating to the transfer of IP rights and know-how.

Wouter was admitted to the bar in 2012.
