The ability to provide local market expertise in all the regions we work, while also understanding the needs and requirements of international investors, is a key component. Investors look for local market insights and opportunities that are generally not available in the local market, while also demanding economic stability and transparent market rules. In M&A and Private Equity we have the ability to:

·         Identify real business opportunities

·         Build and develop business cases not available to the general market

·         Develop co-investment strategies along with local players

·         Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

·         Provide management and expertise in key industries

·         Monitor business performance and provide value added governance

·         Experience operating in different economic cycles

·         Apply capital markets expertise

·         Prepare companies to leverage the exit process

·          We have worked across and specialized in a broad range of industries in Argentina and have close contact with the main local players.

·          Local companies are usually family run, face professionalization challenges, and require capital to grow, in a local market that is becoming more dynamic. We help foreign investors understand and adapt to the local business context.

·          Valuations are another key item. Company valuations in Argentina have continued to be significantly below regional peers. As the economy gradually opens, and the M&A flow increases, valuations are expected to increase. Timing is a key component, we help our clients to anticipate changes and develop successful market entry strategies.
