Carlo Abarquez is an associate in Quisumbing Torres’ Intellectual Property & Information Technology Practice Group. With more than five years of legal experience, he advises and represents clients in the enforcement, registration, and licensing of their IP rights.

Practice Focus

Mr. Abarquez focuses on IP enforcement, assisting and advising clients on a wide range of issues relating to the protection and enforcement of their IP rights. He also advises clients on customs-related matters arising from IP and IT issues. In addition, Mr. Abarquez handles trademark registration and portfolio management, including trademark prosecution and trademark opposition cases before the Philippine Intellectual Property Office. Mr. Abarquez is knowledgeable on IT laws and issues and has advised clients on these matters. He also deals with Food and Drug Administration queries, registrations and enforcement, and provides advice on data privacy laws.
